Sadhana means practice. With regular, continued practice, we develop and hone our skills on the mat. Join us for our annual summer Sadhana from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM, August 10-14th. This Sadhana will be built on Restorative/Pranayama asanas (poses) that focus on softening and creating space, supporting the cardiac chest and lungs, produce balance and equanimity and help the nervous system to recharge and reset. Some practices will be more invigorating and some will be supported. All asanas sequences will centre around drawing awareness to the breath and it's relation to the mind and body through the union of Yoga.
A light, vegan breakfast will be served after each class. This is a Mixed Level event, suitable for students of all levels of practice. Pre-registration is required. Sign up online or via etransfer: email@example.com.
